The Popes Middle East Trip
Some years ago we had the honour of meeting a ex-Jesuit
Priest, whose name was Alberto Rivera. Conversations with this man revealed a
very important secret known to very few people around the world today, and that
secret links the Roman Catholics with the Muslims in a very interesting manner.
The information he claims was given to him by a Cardinal Bea.
Through a carefully planned scenario the Muslim religion was
built initially through the marriage of Khadijah to Muhammad. Roman Catholic
teaching, along with visions interpreted by Khadijahs cousin also a Roman
Catholic, whose name was Waraquah had a tremendous influence on Muhammad.
Throughout history, the Muslim religion has always had great respect for the
virgin Mary, and therein lies the secret of a future link-up between these two
dominant religions.
According to Rivera, the Vatican helped to finance the
building of Islamic armies in exchange for three special favours. 1. Eliminate
the Jews and Christians (true believers which they called infidels) 2. Protect
the Augustinian Monks and Roman Catholics. 3. Conquer Jerusalem for His
Holiness, in the Vatican.
Portugal was to play a prominent part in the plan and
therefor it was significant that the vision at Fatima played a key part in
pulling the Islamic religion to Roman Catholicism. To a Roman Catholic, the name
Fatima refers to the Blessed Virgin Marys appearance. And to a Muslim,
the name Fatima refers to the daughter of Muhammad. After the death of his
daughter, Fatima, Muhammad wrote of her that she Is the most holy of all
women in Paradise, next to Mary. (Taken from The Woman Shall Conquer, by
Sharky Prow Books, Kenosha, WI, page 164.)
Top secret negotiations have been going on for some years
between these two religions, and the Arabs told the Pope that they would fight
for the Vatican in Spain, only if the Pope agreed to never recognise any state
of Israel that might come into existence
The Pope agreed
The only time that this would be allowed to take place was
when the Arab nations had a firm foothold around the city of Jerusalem for the
final battle will be fought over that city.
In an article in the Weekend Australian newspaper, 18-19
March 2000, we read the headline The last crusade. I quote a portion of
this article for your interest, I watched John Paul last month at a
millennium celebration in St Peters Square. More than 15,000 sick people and
their carers had gathered around him. He is deeply stooped, his powerful neck
thrusting forwards at 90 degrees to his body like an ancient tortoise; his torso
appears to be collapsing to one side. He moves agonisingly at an unsteady
shuffle. His speech is slurred, his text often garbled. The service stretched
for two gruelling hours. At the end he looked like a prize-fighter who had gone
15 rounds in the ring

Now we understand that his final quest was to fulfil the vow
and visit the city of Jerusalem, giving credence to the nation of Israel at the
same time.
We quote in part from the Herald, 28 March 2000. As an
aged, ailing Roman Catholic Pope inched painfully to the Jews beloved Western
Wall the Wailing Wall a stout old man in black fingered his prayer
tassels and muttered into a grey beard; Blasphemy.
Moments before, as Pope John Paul II rose to offer contrite
words of peace in the name of Abraham a young man in black shouted, Yehudim!
Yehudim! (Jews! Jews!) before police wrestled him from a barrier and led him
away.
Through it all, a small band of men in skullcaps and shawls,
each with small leather boxes strapped to his forehead and one arm, rocked in
oblivious prayer at the ancient stones as they have all their lives, Pope or no
Pope
The massive rocks, Jews believe, still contain a divine
presence of the Second Temple, which the Romans destroyed. They are the base of
a retaining wall built by Herod the Great around 20BC...
Then, like so many Jews who leave prayers and laments stuck
between cracks in the surface, John Paul placed his message in a crevice.
Even if the papal gesture did not specifically apologise for
silence from the Vatican during the Holocaust, Melchior said, this was an
important move

27 March, 2000 we read from the New Zealand Herald, Pope
John Paul stepped into the political and religious minefield of Jerusalem
yesterday when he met the holy citys Muslim grand mufti on a tour of sites
sacred to Islam, Judaism and Christianity.
Ikrima Sabri, the leading Muslim cleric in the contested
city, welcomed the Pope at his office on sprawling al-Haram al-Sharif (Noble
Sanctuary) complex the site of Islams al-Aqsa mosque and the golden Dome
of the Rock.
Jews know the esplanade as Temple Mount End Quote.
Then in the Weekly Telegraph from London, 29 March 4
April 2000, Amid singing and cries of Hosanna the Pope visited Christs
boyhood town of Nazareth last week to celebrate a solemn Mass during his
week-long pilgrimage to the Holy Land
The Pope had been given a full state reception at Tel Aviv
airport, with President Ezer Weizman and Ehud Barak, the Israeli prime minister,
there to welcome him.
The line-up emphasised the importance to Israel of the
Popes pilgrimage after decades when the Vatican refused to recognise the
Jewish State.
The Vatican opposed the foundation of the state of Israel in
1948 on religious grounds and also for fear of the holy places falling into
non-Christian hands

Now it is clear from the information here presented that
Cardinal Bea was on the right track. That as we move into the final stages of
this era of history, we now see the Pope recognising the State of Israel as the
Arabs are now in a position, not only to encircle Jerusalem but to enforce their
will, humanly speaking.
However, the Scriptures make it clear that Jerusalem will be
the final battleground and many groups would like to be in control of it. Eg.
The Muslims, the Catholics, the Freemasons, the Orthodox churches from Europe,
and also the nation of Israel.
Only Christ Himself will solve this problem, and the Prophet
Zechariah gives us some very interesting information of which we need to take
careful note. Zechariah 12:2-3, Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of
trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both
against Judah and against Jerusalem. And in that day will I make Jerusalem a
burdensome stone for all people, all that burden themselves with it shall be cut
in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
We trust the information here presented makes it clear to
you, the reader, that the Roman Catholics intend to use the Muslims as a
fighting force to take the city of Jerusalem ultimately as their own prize.
However, the enemy to both these religions are the born-again believers in Jesus
Christ who believe salvation is not in a religion but in the Lord Jesus Christ
Himself who said, I am the way, the truth and the life, no man cometh unto
the father but by me. John 14:6
Christ Himself shall conquer shortly.
